There are 152 cottages along Harkness Circle that are within easy walking distance of the community commons. Harkness loops around the Carol Woods campus and is a one-mile route that is perfect for walking, running, bicycling, and enjoying the beauty of Carol Woods’ 120-acre wooded campus.
The central apartments are designed for maximum convenience. Each apartment building is connected to the central campus buildings by enclosed, carpeted walkways. The walkways provide easier access to mail, dining, and activities, especially in inclement weather. Many residents exercise by walking the inside corridors.
Carol Woods now owns nine home in the Coventry town home community adjacent to the Carol Woods campus. Coventry is linked to Carol Woods by a well-lit path, making it easy for people to walk to campus. Residents living in these homes receive the same services as residents living on campus and are covered by the identical Residence and Services Agreement.
